Straight from the Gold Coast comes a summery tune courtesy of Australian native Wongo that will have you convinced that you’re posted up on a beach drinking a cold one. Wongo‘s “Paradise” is soft and seductive, drawing the listener in with twinkling instrumentals and a muted bassline that is complemented by San Mei‘s velvety voice. With its dreamy feel, the track paints a picture of heady escapism and a sun-drenched love affair that is as hot as the Aussie sun.
“This is the first time I have collaborated with a fellow Gold Coast local. When I first heard San Mei, I had a feeling we would be able to come up with something special,” says Wongo of the creation of “Paradise.” “It’s a track that portrays our sunny hometown whilst staying true to the vibes of my production style.” The track is out now on Sweat It Out, which has also released tracks by What So Not, Yolanda Be Cool (who also remixed “Paradise“), Monkey Safari and more.
